Guest Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity: Full refund issued.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity: No refund available.
- No-shows on the day of the activity are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- Bookings may be rescheduled 7 days or more before the activity (subject to availability).
- Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the activity cannot be guaranteed.
Weather & Safety
Your safety is always our top priority. In the rare case that Wild + Free Adventure Co. must cancel due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, the option to reschedule, or a gift card for future use.

Please email or call us directly to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
